Four Seas Restaurant is a very successful Taiwanese breakfast chain. I always love my Taiwanese breakfasts, especially salty rice rolls (fan tuan) and salty soy milk (xian dou jiang), so I'm always on the lookout for great spots for these two dishes. I've been to Four Sea Restaurant several times, and it's always satisfied an itch but never mind blowing. It's an extremely solid spot for Taiwanese breakfast, but it is so pricey now that I cannot recommend it without a slight hesitation. Overall, very solid spot for Taiwanese breakfast and would definitely recommend to satisfy an itch.

Sticky rice rolls. Hear me out. It's sticky rice with salty pork floss with a chinese donut in the center. If you come early enough, the donut is fried fresh and is crispy! Get the pickled veggies with stewed egg. The salt, sweet, and pickled just goes so well. There's seating but not a lot. There isn't a server for tables, you will have to hunt one down and hold it if possible. They offer high chairs here for your little one.

Vegetarian review: - Cold Noodle (5/5): light peanut flavor with chili oil, very refreshing and sizable portion - Vegetable Bun (5/5): delicious filing and fluffy bun - Vegetarian rice roll (3/5): the 油条 (fried cruller) was too soft and stale - Egg Crepe with Cruller (4/5): again cruller was too stale but the egg crepe itself was good - Marinated (Spicy) cured tofu (5/5): not too spicy, very flavorful and yummy - good protein - Sweet Soy Milk (5/5): perfect side to round out our meal - Taro Pastry (3/5): a little too dry Would love to try other dishes but stay clear of the stale crullers yuck. No frills restaurant with fast service and reasonable prices.

Decent, authentic Chinese breakfast. The cold and hot soy milks were both good. The fried donut (you tiao) was cold, but tastes good dipped in the hot soy milk
